Amazing everything Bagel for breakfast

I was not satisfied with the portion size of the Bialy bagel so I went to the front with my concern. Mamaduke was very kind and helpful explaining how the Bialy was a healthier bagel and different and even offered to give us another bagel as compensation for our dissatisfaction. Give that man a raise.

They were so so busy but the young man at the register taking orders stayed friendly, helpful, and efficient. Great service and made us happy to wait a bit. When the food came out it was perfect and hot. Great experience!

omfg where do i start ?? ? it’s giving disaster, tell me why it took 20 minutes for two bagels and i ordered the leo and the classic. the leo i read was basically a lox bagel just a different name, so i was excited that this was going to be my “first new york bagel,” but it came out with egg mixed with some onion and only some salmon pieces NO CREAM CHEESE! i ordered my dad the classic which was like with eggs bacon cheese and it came out all egg with an everything bagel no cream cheese.. the fact that it look 20 minutes to put together something i wouldn’t even put together as a struggle meal at home… i wish i took some pictures but i was late for the subway for waiting on this order, but seriously if you’re staying nearby, save yourself the heartache and just go to someplace else, it’ll fulfill your new york desires way more. people were cool tho ngl

Okay, I came in with 35mins to spare before having to board a bus. It did not take long for me to order (I saw a handful of people waiting for their orders fyi, but it looked like a normal amount and it seemed to be moving fairly quickly). I ordered a BEC on an everything bagel, toasted. Long story short, I waited 30mins for that order. People who ordered things after me received their orders before mine. And to top it off, the bacon was barely cooked and only on one side of the bagel. Same with the cheese, on one side of the bagel. I will say that the guy who helped find and eventually make my order was very nice and understanding of my frustration. I will never be back. I would suggest maybe a wait time on the screen so folks have an idea of how long they will have to wait. If I had known it would take more than 15/20min, I wouldn't have ordered.

This location is run by very incompetent management. Zuckers used to be my favorite bagel place but this is not a good location. When something is wrong, they do nothing to fix it.

I got the classic with scallion schmear and bacon on a sesame bagel. I’ll say everything inside the bagel is great! The eggs are thin and not overcooked, the bacon is thick and crispy and the schmear is perfect! But I came for the bagel and it was disappointing. It doesn’t taste fresh and doesn’t have that nice chewiness like a New York bagel should. I can get a better bagel from CTown or Key Foods (local grocery store).

Absolutely LOVE Zuckers. Have been in each time during my 3 trips to NY and enjoyed a great breakfast bagel every time. Perfect stop before a beautiful visit to Central Park!

I came into Zucker’s the other day because I was too early for my shift at work so I thought I’d stop in somewhere for a while. What a great find. I got an iced latte (with extra ice) and it was perfect. I also got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese—it was nearly melting in my mouth, so amazing. The atmosphere was really nice, I felt like I was a part of the “Zucker’s lunch hour.” I could tell that management & staff Pay close attention to detail and run a great ship. Thanks Zucker’s! I’ll be back.
