The food was great, but the customer service really needs improvement. The guy at the counter barely communicated — felt like dealing with a statue…

It wasn’t the best bagel in my life tbh, chicken was dry.

The customer service is great! The cashiers were super friendly, there is a lot of seating area and the service was quick aswell. I would totally recommend checking them out!

Best smoked salmon bagel I've tried! My wife was not too eager to try given that we have amazing bagels in Montreal, but she would be willing to drive 6 hours right now if I told her we were going for a one of these bagels.

Love it!
If I paying for bagel with cream cheese, I would like to have at least some cream cheese. But, when instead of putting cream cheese they just wipe a knife against my bagel, I’ve asked for more cream cheese. But the employee said NO, I feel like I’ve been taken for a fool.

Nice little quirky place to have a bagel. I recommend it.

I ordered 4 bagels, all toasted. The first one came out burnt, not what I wanted but I didn’t complain. The other 3 (with cream cheese) came 10–15 minutes later and were completely untoasted—not even slightly warm. When I went to the counter to mention it, they told me, “we toasted, you should have said ‘extra toasted.’” Terrible attitude and dismissive service. Won’t come back.
Had a solid sesame bagel with Nova Scotia spread — no complaints whatsoever. The toasted bagel really made my morning, and the service was so kind!

It's honestly not as good as I thought it would be. I was going on a hike with some friends early Saturday morning and needed a quick and filling bite beforehand. I got a salmon lox and egg everything bagel, but it was weirdly not that tasty and had barely any cream cheese. $15 for a bagel sandwich too! Even in this economy, it's a little overpriced. Granted it's right outside Grand Central, but still. It's fine if you're in a pinch, at least they got everything out fairly quickly.

Bagels hard as a rock. Disappointing. I think this might be the worst bagels I’ve ever eaten in this city

Definitely not the best location. I specifically asked for no cream cheese, which I need for health reasons, and they still put it on my bagel even after waiting 15 minutes. Never had any issue like this at the FiDi location

I know stuff happens, but I got my coffees after I ate my bagel. It didn't come out together, and I was told 3 times, it's coming, yet everyone else got their coffee first. Prioritize fixing errors first, then move on to other customers. Also, the Classic is boring, and don't confuse it with the Classic Bec like I did.
