Brought my laptop, opened it and sat down with my latte, asked what the wifi password was to the cashier, she said there was no wifi, and went back to flirting with a random dude for the next 10 minutes.

BEST COFFEE SHOP ON THE UPPER EAST SIDE GUARANTEED. The iced gingerbread latte and the peppermint hot chocolates are a must order. They gave us complimentary raspberry smiling cookies that were also absurd and delicious. Wow, I’m extremely disappointed in myself I didn’t try this coffee shop sooner. The service and barristas are extremely kind and wholesome. They even get you a punch card. There’s something missing in your life until you make it here. RUN, don’t walk to Zuri Coffee.

The best coffee in the area with fantastic pastries to match! The staff is always fast, friendly, and kind. I love their selection of unique Swiss chocolates and snacks. Top-tier quality all around

I wouldn’t recommend this place for a chai, they just use a concentrate you could find at a grocery store, and it’s not good. I didn’t want to knock off any more stars because I didn’t try other things on the menu.

It’s great that they’re training new personnel but when I ask for a drink, I expect that an experienced barista would prepare an espresso drink, not a newbie. That’s just not right and the drink turned out bad

When I first moved to this neighborhood I loved zuri coffee cuz they simply made great espresso based anything. The quality declined in the past six month drastically. The latte had too little milk in it, even less than a cappuccino and was over heated.

One time, I politely asked a staff member to add a decent amount of milk so it would actually taste like a latte. She rolled her eyes at me and replied coldly, “What do you mean? The milk is enough.”

Come on. It’s not. You should taste it yourself. It was horrible. And if you don’t like your job, just quit. Save the attitude for someone else not your customers!

Delicious neighborhood spot for morning coffee- with Swiss charm and elegance. I had a Cortado and cinnamon roll. It was one of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had.

Zuri Coffee has quickly become one of my favorite places to unwind. Every visit feels consistent — the coffee is rich, smooth, and made with real attention to detail. The atmosphere is modern but warm, with just the right energy whether you’re there to work, meet someone, or just take a quiet moment for yourself. The staff are always kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel effortless. You can tell everything here is done with passion and care — from the presentation to the taste. Definitely one of the best spots around for true coffee lovers. ☕️✨

I ordered the pumpkin spice latte which tasted like a regular latte and a pastry item which was really good!.
Only one person working so the wait time is too long.
