Korean food, mmm, super tasty. Got there about two, it was not packed. The bill was reasonable. Similar to a place in Denver I loved.

The Haemul Kalgooksoo here is fantastic, and my SO and I have come four or five times for that dish alone. It's a bit salty so we like to get the tofu bibimbap (which doesn't have as much flavor) to balance it out. We've tried a lot of the other dishes here and all of them are good (perhaps a little over or under salted, but just a bit), but the Haemul is really the standout for us. My SO likes the soy chicken wings as well (which you can never really go wrong with!) I do wish they had better banchan and more drink options, but I'm overall very satisfied and would regardless continue to come back.

Delicious Korean food and the nicest people If you are not a Korean food fan, or even if you are, get the whole fried chicken..you will die and go to heaven eating it Perfect food for take-out. They work with most delivery services but will also answer the phone if you want to order directly for pick up. Neighbors, support this excellent local establishment, they deserve it!!

A preferred scene for delicious Korean food. Got there about one, it wasn't busy. The service was very sociable and kind. The bill won't shock you.

The waiter was extremely nice and the food was outstanding. The side dishes were delicious and authentic, and have definitely exceeded my expectations. We ordered the Bibimbap, Jaeyuk, Haemul, and Haemul kalgooksoo. Everything was delicious and the portions were quite big too. An extra kudos for the AMAZING side dishes and kimchi . Supporting restaurants during COVID is so important, and they had plastic dividers between very spaced out tables and also outdoor seating!

Went with a. Group of 6 in October. We were able to sit inside and the front of the restaurant had the windows open. I got the bulgogi and wings. The sides it comes with are great and the bulgogi and wings were both delicious. They had Sochu which was yummy as well. The service was great and there were partitions around our table and we were far from other tables. Felt safe and had a great experience.

If you're looking for a solid Korean place on the west side, I recommend coming here! Came here on a Friday night with two of my girlfriends and we ordered kimchi fried rice, soy garlic and spicy Korean fried chicken, and truffle fries. The wings were tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Definitely on the much more oily side so if you're not a fan of that, don't order this. Truffle fries were good, could be slightly heavier on the truffle flavor (that's just my opinion though cause I'm a truffle fanatic) but nonetheless still yummy! Kimchi fried rice actually was a very decent portion for the three of us and came on a sizzling hot plate that made my mouth water.

I came to this restaurant for new years eve dinner with my best friend. We had a really good fusion meal. They seating was great. We had the pork belly rice and pork buns. Both were scrumptous, soft and juicy! The portions didn't look very big because of the plating, but it was quite satisfying.

Delicious food!!! Had the short ribs and the mackerel and they were both really tasty! Besides the food, what really stood out here was the service. I believe it was the owner himself and he was so accommodating and hospitable, we felt like royals! Would definitely recommend this place!

Sunday evening, this spot was able to accommodate us for dinner without any wait. Only four tables available outside, so we were thankful to get squeezed in (portable barriers between tables helps).Menu is limited due to the ongoing pandemic, but still plenty of interesting options to choose from. Decided on the Chicken Sandwich ($15) to go along with a draft beer ($7). Food comes out within 20ish minutes, a crispy looking sandwich accompanied by a large handful of pomme frites. Fries are cooked well, a little too salty for my taste but you can rub it off if necessary. Chicken sandwich is definitely a two-handed with gooey cheese layered inside. Although the party is breaded well, the chicken is cooked unevenly. Each bite was hard to get through (would have been easier in non-sandwich form). Nonetheless managed to finish most of the meal.Server here did a good job despite being the only one to move tables and serve patrons. Probably better off trying the bibimbap next time.

This was my first restaurant post-quarantine, so I was already willing to eat anything placed in front of me. Due to COVID, Zusik currently has a limited menu, which is a bit disappointing since I was looking to try their fusion brunch, but nonetheless still tasty. I ordered the beef belly, and it came with a set of rice, kimchi, and 3 side dishes, which they rotate weekly. Our waiter was attentive, and the seating is organized so that each table is separated by a plastic screen. I'll definitely be back in the future once the expanded menu is reinstated!

Ordered ahead for pickup and had a good experience. My boyfriend and I shared the LA Gabli (grilled short ribs), Traditional Korean Rice Bowl and Mushroom Japchae. The short ribs were the best - definitely get those! Loved the kimchi, too.

Zusik is a memorable Korean fusion restaurant that serves dishes you can never duplicate at home. The now have nice outdoor seating with safety separation panels. They, like all other restaurants, are trying to stay in business and since they are relatively hew, have not had the time to establish an adequate regular following (except for us of course), so they need some good word of mouth to attract diners who will be awed by the magnificent flavors served up by a staff that wants to please you. Beer and wine are currently served and there are several wines and beers at reasonable prices. As I said, their food is nothing you will ever be able to duplicate and it all is an explosion of flavors, textures and spice. The prices are really reasonable by any standards. Please come and try this gem out. If they are gone, i will find my dining out life very lacking.
