This was my first time visiting Zutti restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing but the server we had was the exact opposite.
I was insulted when I tried to order fresh noodles from the menu for my ramen and the server was confused and then I pointed to the menu item listing fresh noodles. She then proceed to say that all of their noodles was fresh and I said well it looks like it’s a different option as opposed to thick or thin noodles. She then said “OH COME ON!” Insulting me and making me feel stupid when I was just giving feedback about the menu. The food tasted poor after that experience and it’s safe to say I will never come back to Zutti based on this experience.
Thanks for making me feel dumb and making me feel humiliated in front of my family. :(

Went on a Monday and the zutto rolls are amazing!! 🫶🏻 5/5. The katsu curry is 4/5. Great really crispy chicken! Cute cozy pub vibes! Great service.

Kitchen shut down due to an excessive smoke due to malfunctioning kitchen exhaust system. No hot food and did not enjoy the family get together. Servers did their best by offering some free drinks and desserrs but just a horrible experience
