We used the mobile app to order for dine in. I loaded a BK gift card to the order and since it didn't have enough on it to cover the whole bill they charged me over the amount need to add money to the card instead of just charging a different card the exact amount needed. The food was ready very quickly and all the meals were done correctly, even though some sandwiches had things added and others had things removed. The whopper jr I ordered was awful though, worst one I've ever had. The 3 kids meals were good though. The cotton candy frozen drink was a nice treat and super good.

My daughter and my fiancee stopped here today on my daughter's work break and ordered food. All that was ordered was a double whopper with cheese No ketchup and lg fry. They waited in drive thru close to 15 mins and only 2 cars in front of them. My daughter pulled out of drive thru and my fiancee went inside to see what was taking so long and waited even longer finally got the food and then was given a whopper with cheese No ketchup and the lg fry but was charged for a double whopper. First time ordering there for ourselves in almost a year finally go back this is what happens. My daughter was not happy that she spent her whole work break waiting for food that wasn't even hers

Waited an hour in the drive thru for a wednesday whopper meal HALLOWEEN night ...when i asked the girl why she freaked out and started cussing at me I simply asked if there was a manager there was not rude to her even after my wait...

I've worked in customer service half my life and the way I was treated here was absolutely uncalled for. They weren't busy at all, I had to clean everything just for us to sit down. They brought me my food an no drinks. Then took it personally when I was EVER SO SLIGHTLY upset (overstimulated mom), & slapped an apple juice in my hand and said "YOURE WELCOME." (The apple juice had no straw on the box). I didn't deserve that in the slightest. I'm just trying to get my family fed & get what I paid for, sir.... Tried to change my 1 year old's diaper, and there's no changing table in either of the bathrooms. I'll never be back. Flat out disrespectful.

I doordashed food last night.. The driver was great!!!.... but burger king you suck.. I had a special order and it said right on the receipt was special order.. This is the second time it's happened.You messed up the order and put cheese on it and other stuff that my son is allergic too and you would have been liable. I will never order from you again!!! I caught and complained would of been nice for a refund ...YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!
