We visited for our 1st time on Saturday 2/24 at 11:48am with my Mother-in-Law and Sister. We were not pleased at all - the atmosphere was chaotic as if the staff didn't know what they were doing - definitely NO teamwork. The staff was not nice or even tried to be nice, the one girl in the black shirt looked miserable to be there. Then after many staff passing us - It took 28 minutes to get a waitress-hostess to our table (we almost walked out) and then we got our food order - food was not good - especially when the waitress-hostess said there was no Cole Slaw for the sandwich that stated it had Cole Slaw. After we finally received our plates the waitress walked over to the counter and guess what she got some Cole Slaw for a customer. Spend almost $70 for lunch for 4 people --- wished we had spent our hard earned money elsewhere. Bad Taste Bad Service - will not go back.

Horrible food. I ordered the Captain's Platter, which wasn't fried but boiled or something, all was cold. Ordered parm fries and they weren't kids. size or anything and I received 18 fries, yes, I counted. That was 30 bucks down the drain. Ended up eating cereal for dinner. Wife's order had reused reheated beef in their "steak" sandwich, was dry, and had that awful reheated beef smell and flavor. Go somewhere else folks, seriously go somewhere else!

The food was really good so we were thankful for that. Since we placed an order for pick up and weren't specifically assigned a staff member's area it seemed like no one knew what to do with us or was responsible for the online orders. I came in about 5 minutes before it said my food would be done, when I tried to talk to someone at the register I was skipped for another person who came up behind me. What was most frustrating though was we waited 20 minutes after the time I was given when I ordered for the food to be ready. There was no direction given on where to wait and at one point a couple was sat directly behind where I was standing so I had to move to another little spot. It's pretty crowded in there overall, but clean. When I left I totally didn't understand I was supposed to get my own salad out of the salad bar with the container I was given so we got the container and no salad, oops.
