We have been going to Ling Lings since we moved to the area in December 2024. When we first moved, we thought we found the best Chinese between Ontario and wayne counties. The last few times we got it, it seemed like the quality was diminishing. Last night we purchased 3 combo meals (chic/broccoli w rice, beef w mushrooms w rice and kungpao with lomein). The sauces were flavorless and watery, vegetables were crunchy/raw, meat was tough or tasted off, the lomein tasted badly of smoke. It's a shame, as we were avid supporters of this restaurant for almost a year but will likely not return due to the consistent lowered quality.

Ordered General Tso’s chicken, Crab Rangoon, and egg rolls, very disappointed in the quality of the food. The egg rolls were so dark and crispy the cabbage inside was so mushy, very Inedible. Everything was over cooked. When I called to complain she laughed about it. Never will I ever give them my business.

I’ve ordered from many Chinese restaurants, but unfortunately, this one was a disappointment for me. The chicken and broccoli had very little flavor and mostly tasted like oil. I also ordered Hunan chicken but received something else instead. I decided to give this place a try after work and took my order home, which is about an hour away. It was really disappointing to come home and not enjoy the meal. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but based on my personal experience, this visit just wasn’t a good one.

Even though they close at 9 on Saturdays, they do not hesitate making sure foods are available right up until they close! They insist your food is fresh and/or hot to your liking!

I called to see the status of my order because I already was waiting an hour and it said I had about 45 min left to wait for my delivery.. the person who was working proceeded to be very rude and talk over me to tell my order was gonna come and hung up in my face .

Horrible customer service when ordering via telephone and then having to deal with the rude “lady” when it’s time to pick up your food. Horrible representation for a business. Don’t work in customer service if you hate it that much!

Little mom and pop place with best food around, outside my home anyway. When I feel like taking a break, this is my go to treat! I had the salt and pepper shrimp and an order of wonton soup. Both were fabulous. I was especially loving the tastes of the wonton..the meat within was beyond fabulous as was the complexity of the broth. Can't wait for my next visit!
We ordered from here recently and were really happy with the food and the value for our money. The only thing we thought was less than great was the fried rice and one of the mushrooms looked like it should have been discarded and not cooked. Everything else made us happy.
