Ordered plan cheese burger large fry and 20 pieces get to window and they had put a large sprite that I didn't even order then I pulled ahead and wait my order come an the lady complains about where I was,last window I drive away.
Get home no large fry I was refunded the sprite. Are these people high?such a simple order an got it wrong 2xs.

Placed a breakfast order through the mobile app at 10:15, arrived at the drive-thru at 10:22 but couldn’t reach the order screen until 10:34 due to extremely slow service just to be told my order was voided because “I wasn’t there before the end” of breakfast. I then waited an additional 15 minutes before I could even get out of the drive-thru to go inside and speak to someone, which also did no good. Long story short, I waited for over 30 minutes and I never received my order simply because the service here is so slow and terrible. I know sloths faster than these guys. Never giving them my money again.

McDonald's says it has a golden rule: Treating everyone with dignity, fairness, and respect. I placed drive-thru order after waiting my place in line. I was asked to pull in a parking spot to wait.
I politely asked how long the wait would be. Waiting really wasn't going to work for me. I was told politely, after checking, was unsure of wait time I apologized but requested a refund option. Manager told me I was disrespectful and rude. No, just anxious. As the pickup window was closing, the polite staff told the manager my Bills Mafia box (only item ordered) was indeed ready. I heard the Manager tell them no. Refund only no food!!! He displayed an example that is not something anyone wants to witness. I had my reason for not being able to wait. My grandson was with me, I would never want anyone showing him that it was ok to be disrespectful because he chose the unpopular choice of a refund vs uncertain wait. Not disrespectful, just doing what was necessary for my journey at that time. So very sad for the example being displayed to the young employees and all customers to behave that way when someone chooses different.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful staff, embarrassing to the company. I don't even want to return to pick up door dash, let alone as a customer.

How you mess up a breakfast sandwich... check make sure your making stuff right... Will not be coming back. 90% of the fast food in this town needs to get there act together. Town going down hill quick.

Not once have i had a bad experience with this McDonald's. Besides the broken signd for the drive through. Food is fresh and hot. Staff is wonderful. Give these people a raise.
Bought a meal waited awhile, and received a cold burger and fries and the toy was scratched up.
Asked for decaf with cream n Splenda due to medical reasons and was given caffeinated black with sugar
