Not once have i had a bad experience with this McDonald's. Besides the broken signd for the drive through. Food is fresh and hot. Staff is wonderful. Give these people a raise.

Bought a meal waited awhile, and received a cold burger and fries and the toy was scratched up.
Asked for decaf with cream n Splenda due to medical reasons and was given caffeinated black with sugar

The staff were very rude. The fries were cold. The dining room was full of loud teenagers, making fun of the people who came in. Told the manager, but all she said was kids will be kids. From now on, I will be g going to Burger King or Wendy across the street.

Ran by a very discriminatory manager. Food is fine, accuracy of the orders is about average, but it seems like they encourage management to be as rude as possible to customers and even employees. I know two people that have worked here that have been terminated for illegal reasons as well.

Mcdonalds in Newark NY ! So slow! They parked me...I had to leave without my food ! Or be late for work! I waited 25 minutes!!!!!! So mad...and hungry
