9 out of 10 times I order these nuggets, this is how they turns out. It’s like they re-fry old nuggets instead of making them fresh how they should be. It’d be understandable if it only happened once or twice but this happens almost Everytime I order my favorite meal from here. Old nuggets and half ass portions for nacho fries. Taco Bell- Do better!

Worst location around. The last time we were here we waited and waited for service and there were even corporate people there that didn’t give a crap about us. Eventually those corporate buffoons gave us coupons for free tacos (threw mine out) but they clearly didn’t care about our poor experience here. Will never come here again. Go to penfield. Always a good experience

This place is a joke. The staff is unprofessional and rude. They love to throw stuff around and while making people's orders. They also feel dont need to make things right either. We were missing $15 worth of food and corporate hasn't even refunded it. Definitely need better staff and people who aren't too stoned to actually notice there is missing food. Won't be back until things change and we are refunded what's owed. This is not the first time for missing food either. They also like to talk about people and their orders as well. Definitely not a pleasant experience to have stuff flying and nearly hitting you and hearing complaining about your big order.

They tend to be extremely busy all the time! But those workers ESPECIALLY the managers... Caitlin, Emmett an Toby kill it!!! Love my evening staff❤️💕
Every time for dinner they miss items or make items wrong. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be frustrated and driving back for missing and wrong items. Lunch is an entirely different thing.

When you have had a long day and pull up to the drive thru and hear “hi will you be using you mobile app this evening” I respond no. The girl comes back and says ok give me a minute I’m in the parking lot and apparently I’m the only one w a headset. The language that was heard on her way into the building was totally not appropriate and would like to assume that she thought her headset was off. I then proceeded with my order which consisted of nachos Bell grande for my husband and three soft tacos. The employee did ask would you like supreme or regular? I said I would like regular as I have an intolerance. For tomatoes so regular please As for I cannot do tomatoes She replies OK no problem. She then asked me if I would like to round up for a children’s education. I said sure we would love to help Educate you. Only to get home to have three soft supreme tacos that come with tomatoes so needless to say at the end of the day thank you Taco Bell because my husband Natalie only made out with nachos Bell grande but three soft tacos With tomato and I had toast
