I used the mobile app to order ahead of time. It takes me about 10 minutes to get across town. I then sat in the drive thru for about 5 mins which no big deal. When I got to the speaker I gave them my order and my response back was “Ya sorry I can’t make breakfast wraps right now, I can’t make them for another 12 minutes.” At this point I need to get to work so I told them to refund me and cancel my order( not sure if this will actually be done). What a waste of time. I won’t be back, I’d rather see a different chain restaurant or even a family ran restaurant go in where Tim Hortons is. What a waste of space.

This Tim Hortons has the strangest hours and closes for the day by 2pm. Newark is a smaller town so I'm guessing there is not enough afternoon business. Besides that, the staff here are absolutely warm and welcoming. They are attentive and always leave you with a positive experience. The donuts and coffee are always fresh and delicious! This is my preferred morning caffeine stop when in Newark

Great, friendly staff, very courteous and quick; coffee is amazing, per usual. I make a point to find a Tim Horton's every time I travel in an area where they are located up North and ALWAYS enjoy an XL Double Double... Best coffee ever!! Keep up the good work! ☕
Dominic and Desiree went above and beyond today. My car died in drive thru and Dominic came out to push my car. I had my four year old with me. They helped with jumper cables to get my car started so I could get home all while making sure customers were being taken care of. Excellent service, I am beyond appreciative for what they did for me today. Thank you ?

I visited this Tim Hortons on my way to work on 5/18/2024 and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese sandwich on a plain bagel. I received an untoasted bagel with a single slice of American cheese. Nothing near what I ordered and far less than I paid for. I would not recommend this location to anyone and wish they didn't close before I get out of work so that I could get my money back.

This place has really gone down hill! Don't bother ordering anything bc once you get it, it will not be what you wanted. Employees are clueless as to how to do even the most simplest of tasks and even the manager doesn't care. They are very understaffed the turnover of employees is outrageous! They've already cut the time they close. Started at 3pm then went to 12pm and now they are finally open until 2pm. Drive thru orders are timed and supposed to be completed in 30 seconds. They have always been up until the new manager arrived about a year or so ago. Now it's just as bad as Dunkin!

I went there with my mom Saturday 6/7 got food it was good but .. she had to wait for her French vanilla longer then what she should of like 20 mins after we ordered and it also wasn't that busy ....one top of that the manager says to me to come in at 1pm Sunday so I do on time and she's off the clock and she admits to me that she was taking a nap in the office...she gives me the interview and on her end I think it was unprofessional to say the least she came out with no paper ploped in the chair leaning back with her arms crossed.....most unprofessional I've ever seen in my life ....I really wish I was making this up....I feel like I wasted my time because she didn't seem like she wanted to do it and she was clocked out while doing it ....
