We order online, every time we order a pretzel baconator we get normal buns. This has happened at least 3 times. Hire people who can read.

Wendy's is better than McDonald's and I like the food and Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant and the prices are okay and I love the saucy nuggets

I know you don't go to these places for a GOOD meal, but, that sure was something. Trying to communicate what I was trying to order in the drive through was a bad adventure, I had to repeat it multiple times, the worker had to restart multiple times, and I had to correct them multiple times. I would correct what was on the screen and say "there should only be two strawberry lemonade" and she would say "so you want the strawberry lemonade?" And I'd repeat, there should be 2 of the strawberry lemonades. And she put a third one. We left with a completely wrong order, paying for an extra meal and drink we didn't want, bc I just wanted it to stop. This was at 11pm btw. I know the workers aren't paid enough, but this was just baaaaad. Not the first time either.
