After picking up our order, one of our sandwiches did not have ketchup as requested. Went back inside to ask for some ketchup packets and was questioned if an order was place with an attitude. Instead of believing that an order was INDEED placed, she questioned the person at the front register. I cannot imagine how bigger requests are handled, and honestly, found the whole thing to be ridiculous so will not be coming back.

For starters the food is excellent. The bagels are as good if not better than any I've had in New York. Also the wait staff are excellent and very friendly. I always look forward to going there.
