placed an order and took them 40 minutes to hand it out even placing my order on the app. next thing i knew i overheard the workers were talking bad about me. definitely won’t be stopping at this burger king anymore. i recommend the one by 80 state highway 17k. better customer service there than here.

The woman who took the order was half listening and messed up pretty much everything. Fries were cold and nasty. Burger was just okay. A bit too much mayo.

The night crew was very rude. I went there around 10:30 pm All I got was 12 mozzarella sticks and an eight piece large meal that I was gonna use the coupon for and didn’t know I had to say at the speaker instead of the person being nice about it she was rude making comments to whoever she was working with with a pink hair and pink scarf. They purposefully did not fill up or drink all the way. after receiving attitude and feeling uncomfortable, we just decided to cancel our order and again the lady at the drive-through was rude about it, and when she told whoever had the pink hair that we were canceling our order, she dropped everything in her hand and looked at the window. this was my only worst experience coming here And I won’t be coming again managers need to have their staff and check corporate needs to do better . also, we waited in the line at the speaker for 15 minutes before anyone even took our order then, when the person was on the speaker, she gave attitude and kept asking anything else after every time we said something.

I was excited to try the SpongeBob meal for the kids and me only to find they messed up half my order by the time I went home.

I ordered a side of large onion rings they filled the damn container half full of fries then put the onion rings on top to make it look like a large onion rings when it wasn't. I ordered a spicy royal crispy and they gave me a regular crispy Jr. One of the SpongeBob meals they only gave 4 of the bacon Mac tots and had over 8 in the other. And most the food was completely cold after a 10min drive home in a heated car.

0 consistency, 0 quality checks, management needs to get it together in there. Very disappointing.

They questioned changing my fries to onion rings on a damn coupon. Then when they gave me the bag they had fries in the bag instead of onion rings after they approved it. Then when I went out to my car to eat my burger it was cold within a 10 minute timespan. Very disappointing. This place went downhill. Also the strawberry shakes hardly have any syrup in them.

I'm a vegetarian, I ordered a Whopper with no meat. The little print out receipt says no mic for no meat and yet I get home and meats on my Whopper . This is careless, that ruined my appetite and was traumatizing. Now I have to go out of my way and drive 15 minutes back to this location and get my money back .

I ordered through the drive through for myself and family. The woman could not comprehend the order and it took multiples times to get it correct to get to the window and have her go over it again and she still could not get it rite. Finally, thinking the order is correct for the adult chicken fries combo and kids chicken nugget meal she asked what sauce we told her honey mustard and did not get it. I asked for Dr Pepper. I was given root beer. So, we asked for the honey mustard and she nastily handed me one sauce for two combos. I asked for my drink to be switched for Dr Pepper since that is what I ordered. I was given flat soda with no syrup as if they were out of Dr. Pepper. If they were out, a bit of honesty saying we are out etc. would have been appreciated instead of paying for a disgusting flat non syrup soda.

Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is about as vegetarian as you’ll get. It’s a decent choice if you want a burger but not a veggie burger.

Managaer/Employees are bypassing the time limits for the drive thru by leaving cars at the menu for 10-15 minutes at a time. Absolutely ridiculous, plenty of staff and no cars at the pick up windows.
