I just bought 3 frozen chocolates. I asked the boy if they were frozen chocolates because he saw them very clearly. I come home and they look like milk, it's the second time the same thing has happened to me. They should better train young people to deliver the right

Drive thru coffee-up... we're from Boston... the hot coffee was not creamed and sugared correctly. Mostly needed more sugar. They were quite generous on the donut holes though, so it kinda evened out.

Large location with a cool conference room for meetings! Breakfast sandwiches and tacos are amazing and Cold Brew is always delicious ! Especially love stopping by because the Dunkin near me in Brooklyn are vegetarian only and serve only vegan bacon and veggies sausage

Dunkin just seems to get worse and worse. The quality of the food and the drinks they prepare has taken a nosedive and at the same time they have increased their prices on everything across the board. And then on top of that they get your order wrong or miss items most of the time.

Filthy counters, floor and bathroom. I asked for toilet paper. Placed my order. Waited for over 10 minutes for plain coffee. Asked for toilet paper again."Just a minute". . Waited until husband finished his coffee and asked again for toilet paper. Was told it would be a little bit because they were busy. I ended up using paper towels like everyone else had. NASTY.
