This place has amazing service but even better food! The tacos Arabe & Steak tacos, Quesabirria Ramen was Fire ! ??? They are also very creative with the menu and have things like Crab Stuffed Peppers tacos & Duck w mole ! Everyone at the table agreed that the food did not dissapoint. So I’ve been dying to order from her because the menu is exceptional and different. The reviews have also been excellent. I ordered the guacamole and chips and the Al Pastor tacos via DoorDash. Both were delicious. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there were supposed to be 3 tacos and they were supposed to come with basmati rice and refried beans. I only received 2 tacos and no rice or beans. Puzzling since the prices were not cheap. I don’t mind paying them it’s just I did not receive what I ordered.So this is a follow up to my review and response to the restaurant. You are correct. I ordered the wrong item. I ordered through DoorDash and after going back to look at the menu they provide the I should have ordered the tacos with 3 in the order. My apologies for the error. The tacos I did have were delicious and I will be ordering again and making sure I choose the correct items.

This place has the best food in the Newburgh/Beacon area. The first time I dined here was a memorable experience, as my expectations were exceeded. It's one of those places I just walked past. There was a certain charm about it. Upon looking at the menu, I was all, "for real?" The menu was different from what it is now, but the style, creativity and execution remains. You'll find traditional Mexican food alongside elevated Mexican fusion offerings.For those who know, you'll pick up on the little things. The textures that tells you it was made in-house, the flavors that don't hold back, the confident presentation... For what it is, it's top-tier. The chef/owner does a fantastic job. And for me, part of the appeal of this place is to see what he does next. Yes, I've had x before, but I want to try HIS version.

The food gets better... EVERY TIME we go. New menu is delicious. Service is fantastic! It is a comfortable, not pretentious, feast. The scallops and the duck mole were done beautifully.Our favorite is still the lamb, but delighted we tried something new. Currently it's BYOB. That is also wonderful, honestly. You can bring what you know you like or even get an Agua Fresca and bring a mini bottle of your fav. add in. It is a relaxing pace, totally enjoyable.

I came here yesterday after seeing all the great reviews and looking through the menu everything sounded delish.I was disappointed when we walked in and were given menus that don’t reflect what is shown on Google. I asked the person helping us and he said that the chef had changed the menu for the new year. This new menu does not look very appetizing compared to the one on Google.I ended up ordering the shrimp quesadillas and 2 steak tacos and 1 al pastor taco. The menu states that the order of tacos includes 2 tacos on “large” tortillas. The tortillas are regular sized.The food was okay, not great. If anything was better than what we ordered, it was their nacho chips. Truly disappointed that the food didn’t live up to the reviews that I had seen prior to going.

First time dining here.. absolutely wonderful food. We had Wild Boar enchiladas plus a fantastic pork wrapped in banana leaves. Very friendly owner and a beer store next door (while they wait for their liquor license). Highly recommend for a unique and exquisite dining experience.
