This place is a hidden gem. They make their own "spirits", but even more impressive is their pre-mixes. According to our bartender/owner(?), they make these premixes weekly with all fresh ingredients. And they do not taste like premixes. Good stuff. And thanks to the Orange County Craft Beverage Trail web-app, I was able to find this place.
3/9/23: We stopped in Spirits Lab Distilling. The facility is a boutique distillery. We were greeted by the manager Ava. She served us two cocktail flights. One flight was sweet and the other on the stronger side. Cool background music played while sampling. All the cocktails were very flavorful. Our favorite the "Fiery Passion" $30.00 came home with us! Wonderful stop during the MLK weekend with out of town friends, and it’s local. Hostess was professional, witty and made us feel welcomed. Drinks were amazing. Bought 3 bottles and will definitely keep rotating my supplies. Great outing to share with others.
