After hearing numerous favorable reviews and seeing its 4.6 rating I decided to give this place a try.
The drinks and service were superb.
Being a foodie i proceeded to order 1 of each
Mushroom ,Califlower,General Tao, and empanada to which my wife decided to increase those to 2 of each.
Very disappointed with the flavors of each.
The server proceeded to swap those of what she suggested....and upon the arrival of such we were hit with a off smell.

The customer service was awful. We were first time customers tonight and won't be returning. Not knowing food was served family style I asked if the beef tacos could be placed on a separate plate due to beef making me physically sick. We were first told that'd be too difficult for the kitchen. Then we were told they'd do it this time. But if we returned they would not. The manager made sure to repeat 3 times that should we return they would not separate the beef for us. So we...read full review
Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! Thanks for providing our family with a great night out.
