food was pretty good but beware if you order through an app that the restaurant uses its own delivery service and you may incur the wrath of an angry little man who obnoxiously beeped his horn after pulling into my driveway because he apparently doesn't understand that calls from unknown numbers go to spam and don't ring through. he also apparently is unaware of the concept of knocking on a door. unfortunately i will not order from here again lest i get the same angry man again....read full review

Luca Pizza Cafe is the best pizzeria the Newburgh community has to dine in. This restaurant has exciting food they serve, they offer indoor/outdoor seating, and this location is complete with a nice view of a Newburghian street.
