Love this spot! I've been twice in 1 months since trying it for the first time. The staff is super attentive and kind. And the food was delicious. I ordered the fries rice with tofu and it was so filling. And the bubble tea and Thai iced tea were so so yummy.

So the only reason why I gave them 2 stars was because the pho broth was really good. Other than that almost nothing about this is traditional/authentic. No matter the region of VN. It would be a cool twist of style, but not authentic. The special pho only had brisket and beef meatball, and missed everything else. Bun bo hue, was a huge miss. Wrong type of noodles, no pig trotters, no pigs blood, and flavorless broth. I get that this would be a good version of Americanized Vietnamese cuisine, but it was a shame. Service was horrendous, but I mean they tried.

I ordered over 20 times off doordash a long time ago but i ordered allllll the time !!! I absolutely lovedddd this place !! All the flavors are immaculate. I just know they are making their county proud because I’m want to visit now. I would loveee to experience more food like this. All the flavors compliment each other so well this is literally my second favorite place to eat in newburgh I moved out of town and I just check to make sure they are still open , I can’t wait to go this weekend!!! Pleaseeeeee give it a try because I really love them I use to love asking for extra pickled cabbage & carrots on the side because it was sooooo good. So refreshing and light , omg I loved it.

I don't like the fact I wrote a review n they took it out... 2 time I'm doing thisI went on Sunday February 25, 2024 it was very slow to bad customer service I drank my water took my like 10 mins for us to say something my man and I was placing an order and most of the stuff was not there they as we waiting I noticed people behind comes in they told the other people they Don't have no more food when I did not get one my order lucky they did not charge me for it and they very nice they food was good just they customer service was very very bad sadly they talk low where I couldn't hear them but when we left they was had normal voice where I hear them saying having a good day I would not come back at all there is no grade on that restaurant

I honestly don’t review places much unless they were exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. The first time I went to this place it was a Tuesday at 7:45 pm and the little 12 year old looking guy said I’m sorry we’re about to close. I didn’t know they closed at 8 on weekdays, 9 on weekends including Fridays. But honestly they could’ve made it to go but I said ok n said I’ll be back Friday. I walked in at 8:15 Friday and the same kid told me I’m sorry we “just” stopped serving. I don’t like to pull the race card, considering that both times I was there I didn’t see anyone black. I think that’s intentional and they like it that way.

Food was pretty good although I don't really fancy soup wife lives it so I just had the grilled sandwich with the pickled vegetables and then an appetizer.I'll share a picture but I'm sorry I destroyed the sandwich. Really good. I'd like to come back another time and try something else the menu is small and again not familiar with Vietnamese food, but I have to give this place thumbs up, super clean and super nice people here and the patrons as well eating there were super nice too.Parking: Easy pull right in, enough room to parkWheelchair accessibility: Yup easily accessible if you had a wheelchair as well.
