Based on the reviews, New Saigon Pho is one of the best spots in the Hudson Valley for pho, offering authentic and delicious soups. The menu is full of yummy selections, including the Special Pho (number 18), Pho ti, Vietnamese special beef pho, pho Ga, and pho do bien. The bubble tea is soooo good. The staff are really sweet, helpful, and super cool, though the restaurant is often short-staffed and service can be slow, with waiting times up to half an hour. The environment is cozy and inviting, with a nice waterfall by the door. However, sitting near the door can be very cold, and the cleanliness is poor, with the floor meeting the wall being a dark mess. Prices are great for some, but others find it pricey, almost double than most places. Suggestions include providing larger portions of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and limes, and fixing the temperature problem and heating.
