Very disappointing meal. The carpaccio was literally frozen to the plate - not only was it not edible, we could not even scrape it off. The "calamari" was around 75% banana peppers (which were not bad, to be fair) and 25% squid.
I legitimately admire the creativity and boldness of rimming my cocktail with rainbow sprinkles, but the drink itself was not very good.
My partner's steak and my scampi were okay, but significantly worse than the (admittedly very high) average quality of restaurants in the broader area.
May have just been a bad day given all the good reviews, but I would not consider going back.

Nice resturant on the river overlooking a marina. We went around St Patty’s Day and had corned beef and Shepard’s Pie so it is hard to review the food. What we had was good though. Interesting upscale menu. Great views of the river. Will return.

Food was excellent. Great service and staff had great energy. Our server was Liza who was attentive and spirited. I had an excellent bloody Mary with all natural made ingredients by Kelly, Mixologist? Burger was excellent complimented by a delicious fresh salad. Classic were fresh and not chewy in sauce with jalapeños and sausages. Great experience.

I had my rehearsal dinner in Oct 2024 at Pamela's and it was absolute perfection. Pamela worked with us developing a delicious fall themed dinner that all my guests raved about and also accommodated a number of dietary restrictions. The night of, Pamela and her staff were so friendly and accommodating, their service was truly top-notch. I would highly recommend Pamela's for any type of private event, they go above and beyond for you!
Since I found this place 5 years ago, I can’t give it enough praise. Happy hour is great. The meals are wonderful (never had a bad one). The happy hour menu is quite the deal (I recommend the flat bread). Pam and Jen are great. If you don’t check it out you are missing out on something awesome Almost forgot to mention the excellent view of the Hudson

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch here with my wife and another couple. Cocktails were perfect and the tapas plates we ordered (clams, mushrooms, olives) were all delicious, as was the catch of the week entree (haddock). Greeter, server, bartender and Pamela herself were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back - it's worth navigating the back roads down to the Newburgh Yacht Club grounds right on the Hudson River where Pamela's is located. I second a previous reviewer: this is a hidden gem!

I had the best experience planning an 80th birthday party! From the menu options to the type of service everything was thoroughly handled. We had over 50 people and had the entire restaurant to ourselves with incredible food, service and views!! I was able to show up and enjoy the party and all the guests loved finding this hidden gem on the Hudson!!
