Ambiance was great, food was spectacular. Music was an entire Vibe during the Saturday brunch. Wish I had gotten to try the coconut drink but they were out of coconut. I really enjoyed and hope to return soon.
I loved silk factory I think it was excellent. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is amazing so boho chic and reminds me so much of downtown Manhattan. Our server Chris was fantastic and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond when we asked for something. The food was excellent, I got the salmon and it was packed full of flavor. This was upstairs while watching live band. Downstairs probably was better. Dry cold chicken wings with no marinade whatsoever. Fried chicken sandwich bread was stale and broke apart. It was a disaster to eat. Was very hungry. Should have returned everything. Don't buy the food. But excellent seating to watch live bands.
