Stood at the counter while 5 female employees stood around talking about nothing in a little group ignoring me. I had to say something, it was unbelievable. Rude is an understatement.
Today I visited this Starbucks at about 10AM. I saw many people waiting for drinks, so I knew I was going to wait a bit. I ordered my drink and sat down to patiently wait for my drink. The barista working the bar was named Shannon. She was amazing and handled the crowd with care and professionalism.
