Best Fish Fry I’ve had in a long time !! New England Chowder was the Best Ever! Service was Outstanding !!! Can’t wait to go Back 😎😎
We heard nothing but rave reviews about the Brookside from our fellow seasonal campers at Daisy Barn campground. We decided to try it Saturday night and went early. We were seated promptly and ordered beverages. Waitress asked if we needed more time. We said we were ready to order. My wife ordered a Mac N cheese burger medium well done. I ordered a steak hoagie and fries. Another server brought our meals. My wife cut her burger in half and found it very pink, rare not medium well. She sent it back. I was finished my meal prior to the return of her meal proposal cooked. Waited far too long for our check. Service was less that stellar. My tip reflected the lousy service received. I never tip less than 20% and used 25%. Our server didn’t even deserve 10% but that’s what she got. Overall it was disappointing and we won’t be going back by
