My favorite place for fast easy meals
Andre is THE BEST in the falls! We make sure to stop in every Sunday to grab our weekly snacks! He deserves a raise!
So easy to stop in, grab your meals and check out. Meals are reasonably priced, tasty and Andre is always friendly and helpful.
95 Nutrition is the best meal prep solution among the three I’ve tried in WNY, with a wide variety of options from breakfasts to desserts available to select in-store on whatever day or frequency is convenient for me. No pre-order requirement, no commitment, and on my busy schedule. Cierra is a great in-store representative/brand ambassador to help select among the many meal options. I save time by selecting healthy, delicious meals without pushing a cart through a grocery store, and save money by not throwing away food I intended to prep and cook but didn’t. Highly recommend!

I buy meals from 95 nutrition regularly. I like that they offer different portion sizes and the quality of the food is always on point. When they run specials and deals it makes it even more of a win. Cierra at my local location is great and always helpful with any questions.

The nice young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful.. I ended up with one of the meals to go. It was the end of a promotion so I got a good deal on it. The food was pretty tasty The green beans (my favorite veggie) were... no thank you! I would return to this business.
