Applebee's Grill + Bar

Wouldn’t say it was the best meal or even best service, but it was an ok meal and reasonable service. Place looked clean and tidy and was fairly busy, which is usually a good sign. Probably wouldn’t go back if I’m honest.

If you want a traditional restaurant in the Niagara area this is the one. The beer was cold and the food was good. Really can’t beat somewhere solid

This place really needs a facelift and some new management. You can tell the employees dont care and do whatever they want. Food was mediocre. And as expected for its location it was overpriced. They advertise for free kids meals but that's only if the adult meal is more than 20$.

I love Applebees bur this one is double the price due to it's location

Family of 4. Welcome and service was fine. The food could not be worse. Total tourist trap. Way too expensive for such terrible food. Ambiance was bright and cafeteria like. Save you time and money Don't do it.

As a past employee, I was quite disappointed and sadden by my experience with my husband and friend. We make it a point to visit different Applebee's when we travel as where we are, there isn't one anymore. We barely had any food on our plate to even treat it as an appetizer let alone a a meal in itself. We know exactly what is expected when visiting this chain and it was far from what we knew and loved! And not to mention the price you are paying because of where it is located. I would never recommend that place to anyone. Applebee's Canada should definitely be looking at the quality of food they are serving there.

The service was terrible, did not get a chance to even refill before I finished my meal. The servers were no where to be seen. As well the phone was ringing for at least 5 minutes before someone answered driving us insane. They don't have traditional ribs instead these “rib-let's” which was not cooked well. I do not recommend this particular apple bee restaurant.

If I could do a negative star review I would. We went in for dinner earlier this evening. Requested a table for 8 but they didn't have anything so we split in four.

We came to dine at this place at 9pm on aug 18, 2019. People are waiting to get inside but the staffs are just ignoring the customers. They coming back and forth to the front and they dont even saying anything to the people waiting to be sitted. The tables and the floor are clattered with used glass, utensils and food debris and they dont clean it right away for the next customers. The service is so slow. I wonder if there is a manager on duty all the time. This place is disappointing. Sorry but I will never come back to this location anymore.

Great location when visiting the falls. Coffee, tea and desserts valid any time of the day. Great staff.

Found that the seating is in need of a re-upholsterer. The host was dressed a bit too casual and was wearing a shirt that needed ironing. First impressions are everything: we waited almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. When we got our food, the portions were good - just the menu had a small selection.j

We felt bad for the servers. The food was terrible and the atmosphere cafeteria like. Way overpriced
