This was an nice location! When we first arrived they told us the wait would be like 45 to 60 minutes, but after a few minutes they told us a server was willing to stay past his shift to get us seated and served. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The hostess seemed rude, but the server was exceptional. He was very pleasant and helpful. The majority of our food was fantastic as always! One of our guests ordered the prime rib, it came out burnt to a black crisp. The server was fast to get her something else to eat.Dietary restrictions: Applebees is usually very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions or requests. If it is within their power, they will do it.Parking: There was limited parking so depending on the day/time you may need to park further away.Kid-friendliness: This location was kid-friendly, they had high chairs and kid menus to keep the little ones occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicapped parking but it was very limited. The restaurant is handicapped accessible, as well as the restrooms.

Ordered combo appetizer which was served less than lukewarm. Brought to waitress' attention. Wasn't happy and said replacement was to be served minus the 2 mozzarella sticks my wife and I ate!!! My wife's onion soup was warm and ok. My salmon was slightly over cooked but good. Broccoli essentially raw. Bill was incorrect and waitress said she could only credit $11. I told her no way. Manager came and corrected bill. Left a very generous tip. i

Had an exceptional experience tonight! 5 o'clock Friday dinner rush. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but so worth the wait because of our incredible servers Shawna & Katie! They were so on point and sweet! Everything was brought out quickly, and my steak was excellent! Great job

It was my first time at Applebee's grill bar the atmosphere was great the service wasn't the quickest but there servers were lovley and kind tho waiting for half an hour appetizers wasnt the greatest i felt like the mozzarella sticks could be more melted instead of it being hard the burger was really good flavor big I really I liked it over all I enjoyed it

The server did a great job the whole time. Food came out slow and my steak was way overcooked. They did get me one prepared how I had ordered it and also took $5 off our ticket. And it was delicious once cooked to my liking.

I don’t judge often because i am a server myself…but the service, atmosphere the whole experience was terrible. Took over 45 minutes to get our drinks, even our food came out before we got our drinks. And then when brought the drinks we got the wrong ones. I don’t mind waiting if it’s busy but it wasn’t and I try to be understanding but the manager didn’t apologize or seem to care at the lack of service…they either need to hire more or better staff..no way to run a restaurant
