Lady was disgustingly rude and when I asked for the manager to replace an order
Then the manger came out even more rude these workers are just lazy and don't want to work standing around nothing happening in there I'd never go back after this it's supposed to number a good experience not horrible bad customer service all the way

Terrible service, no one was there to eat, we were the only customer and they got the order wrong 2 times, stayed in line a long time, hair was in the food and all the employees were in the back instead of waiting on customers that walked in absolutely Terrible

My family arrived near closing time to order dinner. The server (named Demetrios) was extremely friendly and helpful -- he repeatedly checked whether certain items were missing, made suggestions for things that the kids could order, and generally went out of his way to help us. I'm not sure I've ever gotten better service at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!

So I brought a van load of people there at 8:30 on Friday night to get food was informed when we got in the door they wouldn’t serve us because they had already cleaned all their stuff up in there. They had your chairs on the tables and the restaurant was basically shut down. Who does that on Friday night at 8:30 if I was the Arby’s corporation and I was looking to trim the fat this restaurant would be the first one to go. We would’ve spent well in excess of $100 to feed the 15 people that we had. I have no idea what kind of mess they have at that restaurant but that’s exactly what they have a mess.

Honestly in my opinion. Restaurants use too many condiments on their sandwiches. Just give me my sandwich with the vegetables (lettuce, tomato,onions pickles)All the restaurants drown sandwiches. That just makes it soggy and unappetizing.

Does anybody making fast food take pride in the food they put out? Everything this Arbys puts out is gross and nasty. Taste old and over cooked. They got the order wrong. Don't waste your money.

Stopped for lunch today, at Arby's. Of all the local chains, Arby's stands out. Food made fresh to order. The service people are always so pleasant and the food excellent. They have the best crinkle fries and sandwiches well worth the visit. Other chains prices leave me asking 15$ for this?? Arby's still serving up a great meal at a great price. I ate in, tables and restaurant clean and welcoming!

This is a terrible establishment and the manager working on the day shift is very unpleasant assumed that a paying customer was not buying anything because we asked to use the bathroom first on a lunch break she was very rude and they will never get my business again
