Idk who the black bald head lady at the front counter is but she should NOT be working with customers. Ppl were saying hi she didn't say anything back walked up looking pissed didn't say how can i help you or anything. It was "anything else , anything else" real snotty and ignorant. Hey name starts with a B but I couldn't see it bc it was smudged. Didn't tell me my total so I had to ask. A gentlemen asked for something and pointed at it and she said "what kind?!" Really rudely. This is why I NEVER come to the falls but unfortunately my job brings me to these trash holes. I'd be miserable if I was 50 working at Arby's too tho!

I Love Arby's food better than most fast food spots cause they offer food choices that are fulfilling and different. I enjoy food that's more like regular food. Some of the workers can work on there attitudes. Learn that we are paying customers and if you don't enjoy your job get a different one. I can admit that the cook almost always gets my food right being I'm very particular. Way better then those other three spots who Never get it right.
