I have to say of all the times I've gone here they have never screwed up my order unlike some other places it's almost a given. The food is good unfortunately on the expensive side but isn't everything now.

It was very good food, the server was kind. And it was very nice
Food is always good better then BK or McDonald's. Customer service is always bad. Has been for YEARS! When the owner is there, it's a little better. The prices are so high, and there's no way to feed a family, so you have to grab a quick lunch yourself if you want roast beef. Always check your bag before heading home. If you don't find the mistake right away, they won't believe you next time you visit.

Ordered crinkle cut fries… I got curly fries… asked for Horsey Sauce, and I got Arby’s BBQ sauce. Why bother to ask a customer what they want if you’re just going to give them whatever you feel like anyways?Also, your comment form is broken.
