Quite good food but customer service should be better

Purchased a promotional gift card and tried to use it within a few weeks. Walked in with my family only to be turned away from the owners father stating they are moving and will not serve us unless it was a take out order. Looking to dine in we left mainly because he vanished into the back room before we could place a to go order. Now the place decided to shut down completely. Don't advertise a promotion with an questionable future of your business. A refund would be nice.
