Beware of this location as today one of their employees attempted to skim money off the top while I paid with cash. I placed my order and asked for a receipt which they were hesitant to provide as the order total was $25.05 and I paid with cash of $40. I was given $5 back and was more than a simple mistake as they made a point of asking for a nickel to give $5 back. Again I asked for a receipt to show the correct change due but after clearly explaining $10 was missing they acted surprised as if I was wrong. Finally after getting the receipt it only showed the amount of the items not the amount given so clearly cash could be skimmed off the top only showing the amount given. Who knows long this has been going on at this location and how many people have been ripped off by the employees working there. Always beware of your total and how much change they actually give back to you.

I order my burgers well done and ask them to cook it that way every time I stop in on my way home from work, that never happens. The burger is always cooked to a minimum, just enough to get the pink colour out, but that's not how I order it. The staff are pretty unorganized and too busy chatting to each other.

Went to A&W Mcleod Road in the evening yesterday: I heartily suggest this location to others. The service was excellent; both of the girls greeted our family with a broad smile and explained everything we didn't know! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious 😊. The store was clean and orderly. Spectacular restaurant. Service is impeccable and prompt. Staff polite and courteous. Food quality was excellent. Location had the cleanest fast food public washroom I’ve seen in a long time upon my visit. Will definitely come back to this location and recommend to others. It ought to be noted as an example of how to do things right as a franchise.
