Very poor experience here. Immediately told we would have to wait 5-10 minutes just to order. Staff openly explaining they don’t have time to clean trays and glasses which are sitting out on the counter. Floors are covered in drinks and sauce. Not at all fast for a fast food restaurant. Management seriously needs to review operations and staffing and look at hiring additional staff to meet demand.

For once in my life I've been going to this A&w for last 4 years and it's been garbage. But for once in my life I asked for an extra chipotle sauce and it was filled more than two quarters. I'm very proud that someone stopped listening to their boss and actually filled a chipotle sauce I was paying for out of my own pocket more than half of the container. So thank you for not listening to your boss who was a cheapskate and actually filling up a chipotle sauce you did great today thank you.

Hey today i buy onion rings and it's not cooked properly it's like raw plz give traning to new employees how to cook and prepare food plz humbely request i take food from 2yrs from that place but it's first time that they give food like this

Today I went for breakfast and was so delicious service was so good there is employees very Friendly and especially Gazal laday super good and her service was very good she made for us hot and yumy break fast coffee was very fresh and hot. I enjoyed and definitely go back again.

Second hamburger I have gotten from there that was loaded with salt. I'm talking sour your stomach and burn your throat...way too much salt
