Bella Vista Ristorante

Very nice place, the waitress was pleasant and nice. Was only 3 of us and tip was already included. I usually tip according to food and service, which was good but still.

My daughter found a long piece of hair in her chicken Alfredo, the sauce for my pasta was bland. Spinach artichoke dip was great. Our waiter was great! Wouldn't go back for the food but the drinks sitting by the water would be nice!

I made reservations ahead of time, but when we arrived, we were greeted by rude staff who repeatedly told us that “someone would be with you in a moment.” We stood at the host stand for about 10 minutes and were never seated or even acknowledged beyond that. After waiting with no follow-up or effort to accommodate us, we decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat in the area. Very disappointing experience, especially considering we had reservations.

Don't waste your time going here. The restaurant is inside a hotel from my experience restaurants part of a hotel who do not inform the public they are part of a hotel offer less than edible food. This was another proving my point.

I come from other state with my family I have little kids they were so hungry and tired we stay for 20 minutes no body come to us to say hi even or get us water or ask what we need to drink nothing they ignore us completely then my husband say we ready to the one of the waiter when we see her moving around us she said OK then she going around us for other tables for 10 minutes but ignore us again so we ended we left without get anything

Great venue - right on the water! We were there at sunset and it was wonderful. Food was great. Service was smooth and attentive. We dined outside and it was a special time. The one negative was that there was a lower deck that allowed smoking that wafted up to the upper deck - not a good thing.

Food was bland and didn’t taste the best, never got asked about refills or anything of
the sort. The view fortunately made up for the visit

Beautiful views, the service was good. I got eggplant parm and it was not good at all. The pasta sauce was by far the worst I have ever had. It tasted like straight tomatoe paste. Although the view was very pretty, I would not go back. Wasted money.

It’s a hotel restaurant- not my fav but the food was good and the patio dining was lovely.

Visited for lunch for outside patio to be seated with service dog, the personal was rude and we waited for 10 min while all table was empty. The hostess was running back and forth hesitant to sit us down. We left as we realize we will not be seated. This facility is not following Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and will be reported as negligence.

We arrived at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, but everything was closed. Stupid management! Change the hours! This is rubbish.

Found this place while visiting Niagara Falls, it’s located inside a Hotel, our server Alex was great, we sat outside by the river which had a great view, the food was great.
