The food was okay but not much flavor. I asked for onions in the hash browns and they were cooked separately. That was the first. Didn't trust drinking from the glass. May need a better dish washer.

My experiences at this establishment have been inconsistent. The quality of the food and the attentiveness of the service can vary significantly from one visit to the next.
The standout element, however, is the manager. Although I unfortunately did forget her name but shes the bigger lady, she is the true asset of this team. She possesses a remarkable ability to make guests feel genuinely welcome and valued, much like a regular.
What truly sets her apart is her professionalism and accountability. She takes ownership of any issues, whether from the kitchen or the service staff, and excels at service recovery. She consistently turns challenging situations into positive experiences. Her engaging demeanor notis only effective but also builds a strong rapport that makes me want to return.
If the ownership or senior leadership sees this, I hope you fully recognize the high level of professionalism and value this manager brings to your organization. She is a credit to your team.

Nice selection of tasty choices. The sweet tea and buttermilk biscuits were a welcome treat for this southern girl. The wait staff was a little chatty and distracted behind the counter, but, hey, they're young.
