Bob Evans is consistently great everywhere, and this one is no different. It's just comforting to be able to stop at a Bob Evans when we're travelling and get homey food. We're especially fond of their all day breakfasts. The kids love the French Toast and Tic Tac Toast. The price is always reasonable. Bob Evans has never failed us. We highly recommend. 🥞

Haven’t been to bob Evan’s in a long time so I decided to order some breakfast and chicken tenders with fries.The bacon was old and I can tell it had been sitting out. Chicken fingers were horrible. Home fries taste like they had been sitting out as well. The food did not taste fresh at all and I will not be returning to bob Evan’s any more after today’s experience. Food was so bad, barbecue sauce even tasted old. I’m very disappointed at the Niagara Falls location.

Can't review the food because after over an hour and 2 cups of coffee we left . The waitress was nice but the kitchen was not putting out food. If they were slammed this review wouldn't be here but they had less than 12 tables seated. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not enough workers, if you choose to wait,you stand there till one of very few waiters decide to serve you. Our waitress very pleasant. Person deciding when and where to seat you, working the cash register, doesn't care if you stay or leave. He's just byeding his time.

Great food, reasonably priced and you always know what to expect. Lately they have been under-staffed so there's a wait to get in, even when they aren't full. Definitely costing them business as a few times we refused to wait and went to Denny's where there is rarely a wait.
