Ordered a cheeseburger and fiery mozzarella sticks. The sticks were hard, cold and dried out. So disgusting. I’m done ordering there, it’s always bad.

If you can't believe this Stopped in with an order requested a Whopper with cheese and no onion and a Whopper with everything. Well lo and behold I get home open the bag had the wrapper's marked but on the wrong hamburgers. How much skill does it take to get it right! They never cease to amaze me just once please get the order right before giving it to a customer check it first...Thank you

I like that this BK doesn't close the lobby early like the other one. Unfortunately they have been short staffed, thus the wait time is wayyyyy too long! I noticed the manager casually walking around with a clipboard while the girl was running around like crazy trying to get stuff done as fast as possible. Why can't the manager help out and get em out of the weeds!!? The staff seem very nice. And when they're fully staffed there usually isn't much of a wait! Also, the other thing I noticed is that after they make the burgers, they throw em in a microwave. I'm going to assume they're warming them up to acceptable temperature. That's just wrong imo! If they good is cold, make it again or make it fresh, don't microwave it! I've quite literally seen it happen myself!
Oh,my gash , I was so tired I traveled 12 hours , I have repeat my self 20 times to place an Oder ! Food was terrible terrible! I just wasted my money !
There are times I wonder if I speak English? I come to this location because of conveyance . With minimum wage in the rise incompetence can not be blamed on low wages. Just once I want my order to come as I asked. Instead I get cold burgers. Last time cold fries. Maybe it’s the generation coming up as an aging millennial I find myself terrified that this group will one day be in charge and the ones do that do have kids make an even worse version of themselves. It’s not rocket science make sure my food is warm and what I ordered. I’m not disrespectful when I order because no one wants the person to spit in your food…so why can’t I get 100 percent of what I want when I pay 100 percent of the price! Take pride in your work…what ever.

Another trip through the drive through. 15 minute wait, order was wrong. Ordered onion rings, got to my destination, opened my bag and found fries. This place will never change! You should consider closing this location since it's never able to get the simplest order right! I will never use this location again!
