Well the remodel hasn't changed the quality... pop was outta syrup so the drink was trash, under cooked fries with no salt, and the driest whopper ive ever tasted.... typical BK

Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous 10 minutes for employees to take an order. 1 vehicle moved up 10 minutes more and I pulled away.

So you forget something and then tell me I have to bring all my food back in so you can rummage through it and then blame me for not putting the tots in the bag. Not once but twice and then complain about it loud enough to hear. Thats wild. I hope the girl gets fired

I cannot believe they remodeled then reopened without having staff...25 minutes as the 3rd car in drive thru, WTH. We gave up and you got to keep our money because we needed to eat.

My delivery order was wrong. I ordered mozzarella fries but I was given chicken fries. I was provided a refund through the app. I am not a vegetarian but if I was, I'd be giving 1 star. Unacceptable!

I understand BK is going through restructuring. It’s one of my favorite restaurants. Some restaurants don’t understand “Have it your way. YOU RULE. I can order from BK and say no sauce. The driveways need entrance and exit markers the lights are burned out. A customer almost ran into me. The customers vehicle was going through the entrance driveway.
When it should have been going through the exit driveway. That’s because all the exit and entrance signs don’t work.

Come across the border for the day and on our way back decided to stop and grab a quick bite as we hadn't eaten all day.

The restaurant was relatively quiet with only two other guests enjoying their meal and one person waiting in line. We went ahead and used the washrooms and came back to order.

Only one self serving machine seemed to be in working but a cashier took my order a couple mins later.
During this time, more and more customers are starting to arrive. And the waiting game ensued.

One gentleman waited 10 for a single small burger. The gentleman waiting before me was still waiting 20 mins later.
People came and left after seeing the small crowd waiting ✋🏾

The young man bringing the food to the front had a most unpleasant look on his face as if he didn't even want to be there. And moved about the speed of molasses on a good day.

The problem.....THE DRIVE THRU!!!!

All attention was focused solely on drive thru orders while the front of house orders were aptly ignored and or delayed to accommodate customers going through.

This is just unacceptable and completely ridiculous to have people standing around 20 to 30 mins on their orders while the entire staff dedicates themselves to servicing one area of the store.

If this is the case then simply operate as a drive thru location only.

The store in itself was clean, the atmosphere was fine prior to the long and unnecessary line up.

Management needs to figure out how to balance servicing two areas and having designated staff at both. You cannot have people standing around in excess of 20 mins just because Tom, Dick and Harry decided to drive through instead of coming inside.

Finally got my food 30 mins later. After I came across the border, I realized I paid over $20 for a Whopper combo with cheese/bacon. A heck of a lot more than we pay here in Canada 😳

My rating would have been lower for my overall experience except I know the staff doesn't dictate their stations, their manager does and as a result despite the pleasant young lady who served us and went about bustling to refill the drink station, wipe down tables etc. Having a throng of irritated customers standing around being ignored is a zero out of 10.

Please do better.

Have been going here for a while but the night time staff is worthless . Read my order back to me , double checked that’s my order , got the label right and still get the food wrong more than half the time . Will no longer go to this location after 5

Very slow and got our order wrong. They don't care to listen when you place your order. They seemed confused. Also two employees went on break saying how they deserve to smoke. Very unsatisfied with this location.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fiery mozzarella sticks. The sticks were hard, cold and dried out. So disgusting. I’m done ordering there, it’s always bad.
