I like the Whopper I HATE THIS LOCATION!!! Tonight, AGAIN, I've paid for my food, been handed a bag FULL of condiments, and missing most of the food that i paid for... Tonight the bag was two burgers short of what i paid for.... AGAIN. There were no customers inside AND no one else in the drive thru. I can't even count how many times this has happened at the Main St location! This place is THE WORST. MAYBE THIS IS WHY I WASN'T EVEN GIVEN A RECEIPT. From now on i will PURPOSELY stop EVERYTHING...take my food out of the bag one item at a time, inspect EVERY SINGLE THING and then repack my bag AS SLOWLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

You guys have it showing you can still order breakfast on ubereats and the the delivery driver gets there and you guys say breakfast is Over and refuse to cancel the order and now I lose 13 dollars because you guys are forcing me to cancel it on my end like seriously it's your fault what is wrong with you .

Terrible customer service, took the order and then put it into the system wrong, the speaker doesn't work so you can't hear what they're saying, when asked to switch it they said it was already made and then when we got it the food was cold and had been sitting, weak fries. I paid $26 for food I didn't even order

Man this place is just getting worse and worse. Does overcooked, unedible even come to mind when serving food? Im mean i know its pre made food, but seriously...who deep frys a sausage patty to the point its aged leather. French Toast Sticks, that can be used as a weapon... common sense. If you wouldnt eat it. Then dont serve it. Last time i spend money here.

I'm not here knocking Burger King's food the mozzarella sticks I got those they were good today the fries were fine my complaint it's not about the food I've eaten at Burger King more than most typically at the Burger King uptown on military road or the boulevard and they usually do a decent job service across the board.. the problem is when you go to the downtown location.. I waited in the Drive-Thru after I got the programed greeting message for a couple minutes before I said hello with no response usually somebody tells you they will be right with you but this would just be minor I've seen it before my problem was after sitting about 5 minutes after that somebody looks out back out the back door right at me and goes back in so I can continue to wait expecting them to take my order since now they know I'm there..nothing..... I drive to the window people look right at me and again I'm ignored I waited a few more minutes and then I drove around... I went and I told them and as I was in there telling them that I was waiting I didn't Do It rudely respectfully they were taking somebody else's order at the window so what was it did they have a problem with me? I'm not sure why my order wasn't taken after being seen multiple times? Especially in the time span of over 10 minutes with no other cars in the Drive-Thruin no acknowledgment.. so I'm in there after I went in...they took my order inside the new people in the Drive-Thru got their stuff first then I got my stuff and I left but what I've noticed is when you're in Downtown Niagara Falls your service is not going to be up to the standard of going to the equivalent restaurants uptown so I would say avoid this place at all costs go to the one on military road in Niagara Falls or the one on the boulevard you're sure to get much better service there... And I wouldn't even put this complaint in but I've seen these type of things at this specific Burger King multiple times over... And I give good reviews to other places you can check my reviews out on Google and I'm Fair but service at this specific Burger King the atmosphere its just awful why isn't this Burger King held to the standards of the other ones uptown?

I got food poisoning here and I'm 100 percent sure it was this place because I only ate a whopper and ik I didn't get it from my job since I cook my food so that people don't get sick and ik it wasn't from where I work. Ive also noticed I've posted about this before yet my review is missing? I'll just keep posting it over and over even if I'm never eating Burger King again
In a location where it seems like a ghost town but an excellent sandwich even if the area outside is very shabby

2nd time the chicken was nasty. No tomato on the royal. Smallest bacon double cheeseburger ever. Chocolate shake tasted like strawberry. Nasty. Won't EVER go back
