This Burger King does not accept offers on the app, even though they are A Burger King?, And I was told to go to another location… Big waste of my time on break and also, you should at least post that on the door or something, especially if you’re employed on the hill. 0/10 would not recommend eating here for fellow employees.

All was ok till what I just seen loss my appetite staff at this Burger King location think she was a manager or supervisor was checking the garbage cans inside and shocked me to see her push the garbage down in the cans using a tray that used for people's food wow gross

If you want to spend a lot more than you are used to spending on a Burger King, you have to come here, the truth is that the prices are high compared to other additional burger kings, they do not fill your drink and the cashier attended me very likely because of the fact of being Latino.

Very disappointed with the service at this Burger King. Both the assistant and the manager were extremely unprofessional. Rude attitude and zero effort to help or communicate properly. When I tried to ask a simple question, they responded disrespectfully instead of resolving the issue. Management should really train their staff on basic customer service and respect. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

My family and I went out to eat in Burger King at Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls. We usually go to Burger King, but this was my first time ordering at the main counter in Burger King. The assistant manager and manager there was rude, did not know how to properly accommodate customers, and was frowning while taking our order. On top of that, they even charged for mayo—it was the first time I’ve ever been asked to pay for mayo at Burger King.

This location had cheaper deals and an area with living room chairs. Nice touch.
It’s so busy around this restaurant but we went in the evening on a Saturday and it wasn’t that busy. The food is pretty good compared to other BKs I’ve been too. You won’t be able to get refills here either.

Normally we skip every eatery at the Clifton Hill strip. Over priced, premium not worth it and almost always crowded.
This time around it proved our point and was disappointed with not only the food, but the time it took for our order and then the burger didn’t taste as usual.
We had Impossible Burgers made vegan combos. The burgers were not properly done, tasted very less done. Probably because the burgers were needed to be made again as we had requested no mayo and the quality check caught it. And that’s why perhaps rushed. The fries were OK, but as they stayed in the bag for a longer time they started to limp as we started to eat.

May have been a one off, but I had a good experience. The food presentation was great. The store was kept as best as it could because it was very busy. The trash needed to be taken out. They have hand soap! The service was quick. We at during noon lunch time.
