Although it was late at night the food was still good quality, and the best fries i’ve had at any burger king before! it’s a little bit of a pricy place for fast food though.

Vegetarian options: 2 Vegan burgers!!

The lemonade blood orange is wayyyyy too sweet. It would be nice to have more than just suger in my lemonade.

This place deserves less than 0 , the food was very bad and cold and there was a smell on the food, there was no one to clean the tables.

These folks stressed me out. It was in a food court, smack dab in the middle of a tourist trap. Food was ok. It's just Burger King... what can I say?

Typical Mall Burger King restaurant in a nice clean food court, but the food court is in the center of Niagara Falls tourist trap and Burger King’s still charged the same as if it was in a rural mall.

The food court also had free rest rooms, which was much needed after a long walk.

We had ice cream cone, sundaes and a fish meal. It tasted just like back in the US.

Walk past the shops and down the escalator to get to the food court. Don’t forget to go outside to the gardens for the views of the falls.

This franchisee's staff apparently don't like Canadians. I was at your location on June 26 at 450pm. After I ordered and was trying to collect my food. Your rude employee a female said Canadians are weird. Her male coworker thought this was acceptable and laughed. I realize that the people working here are of different cultures than us.so maybe to them, us Canadian people might seem weird. But please show some respect. Your in our country. If you don't like people feel free to leave. These people need a refresher course in being decent human beings.

Charged me for large fries didn't put large fries then proceded to tell me they didn't charge me for a large fry when they obviously did

4 stars because I didn't see anything out of ordinary. Everything is over priced around the falls, but BK was reasonable.3 Whopper meals = $35 isn't bad considering some places best by charge $25 for burger and fries

One of the fast food that I really like going after a stroll in the casino is Burger King. Special mention to Shajun (not sure of the spelling) but his services are exemplary! Will come back for more ☺️
