We quite enjoy Burger King, both for it's value for the money and for the menu variety. We have eaten Lunch and Dinner in Restaurant as well as used the Drive through, which is 24 Hours. Nice for a late night snack on the way home from the Casino. We have even gone through the drive through with a Taxi. Normally I would award 5 Stars but there is a very serious waste problem along the Fence by the Drive Through. Literally 100's of pieces of Garbage are along the Fence, on the Restaurant side. My lady saw a Rat in among the Garbage last visit. They badly need to clean their property. The parking lot and Restaurant are 5 Star clean. The Drive Through, 1 Star.. We were so disgusted by the filthy Drive Through we will not use it again until they clean up. I am really surprised they have not been fined by the Health Inspector. How hard is it to send out an 18 year old with a Garbage Bag to pickup Garbage.

Went to pick up a burger in the drive through tonight after i finished my work. I have never seen such an inhospitable person who took my order. She was rude, did not greet, was not polite while taking my order down. She was very rude when i was the window to pay my bill. From the very first second of the interaction until the very last one, she behaved like she did not want to be there at all. I almost felt like i should get my food from somewhere else. Might not go there again.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Burger King drive-through. After placing my order, I realized they didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for it, they handed me 10 cents, clearly trying to cover up the fact that they gave me the wrong amount of change. When I questioned it, they told me to pull forward and wait elsewhere because “there’s a time limit to be at the window.”
I couldn’t believe the audacity. First, they didn’t want to address their mistake, and then they tried to rush me away while I was still waiting for my fries! I’ve never been treated so poorly at a fast-food restaurant. This experience was completely unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected and disgusted.

Burger was POOR didn't have barley anything in side of it AND I mean mayo or ketchup nvm one pickle and lucky to get two tomatoes and some bottom of the barrel lettuce 😂 won't be going back to this place.

The thing about Burger King is although the burgers are flame broiled which makes their delicious signature taste, they are not juicy burgers, they are dry. But they give you lots of mayo to make up for it and you feel like you are eating a juicy burger. And I have never ever had to ask for extra mayo at Burger King. But this particular location is being really conservative with the mayo and it makes for a dry burger. I almost choked it was so dry. Why are you now only putting a dot of mayo? I see your now charging.20 cents for a mayo packet…this won’t make me pay an extra .20 cents for mayo. I will just go to a different location or a different burger joint altogether. So by trying to make an extra .20 cents you lost $25 on my order. I am interested to hear a response to why they are now putting no mayo on the dry AF burgers.
