Ordered a double cream large coffee at the drive thru . Drove away assuming it was correct . By the time I tasted the coffee which was more black than double cream I was across town . When I had a chance I returned to say it was black . The manager offered me 3 creamers to put in my now cold coffee and refused to warm it in the microwave saying it's an hour old . We'll if it was made correctly an hour ago I would have drank it while it was hot . I will never return as simply reheating and adding cream or replacing a 2 dollar coffee with a fresh hot coffee was out of the question . Such a simple order and couldn't get it right . Ridiculous and no customer appreciation. Shame on you

Don't eat here...chicken or fish sandwich tastes like chicken cooked in fish.
These people cannot produce simple items for the customers

My son had a gift card to use that he received for his birthday. The cashier had no idea how to use it and wouldn't ask anyone for help. She just refused to accept it. I asked if she could get a manager to help her and she said there wasn't one there. We left and read the bottom of the card, it said to use it as a credit card. We went back and let her know to try that option and it worked. We were given the same food they had made earlier, which had been sitting and they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or lack of service.

Came to get two orders of 8 mozzarella sticks and a milkshake, as soon as I left I realized they only gave me 11 in one box when it’s suppose to be 16 total but in separate boxes instead of one. Went around the drive through again, had to show him and count it for him. He handed me another box shortly with three inside. They need to be trained how to count. That’s a shame.

We got 2 whoppers. They must've been microwaved about 10x before we received them. And they were cold! Even the cheese wasn't melted. The meat was a weird colour and dry and burnt around the edges. So so disgusted and disappointed.

Whoever is on the night shift at this place honestly shouldn't be on that shift because the unprofessionalism was astounding. I live in the next city over and on my way home got a meal, drive the 25/30 mins home and realise that they charged me for things I did not receive. I call them, went to voicemail, called again and got through but the person asked what we wanted them to do, said to come back (which costs gas and time, it's the middle of the night) then asked to wait while they got a supervisor. Waited 5 minutes and they hung up. No supervisor. Tried calling back a few times and they let it ring till voicemail. So money is basically stolen now

Had terrible experience i asked for ketchup while I ordered and one staff belive her name tag said millet she threw the ketchup as if she didn't care for customer service or food. I was shocked at that sight
