Absolutely the worst service received. Ask the waitress a simple question (where are the wings) and she just flew off the handle - disrespected me and my friends. Will never set foot in this establishment ever again.

My family has been going to Buzzy's since the early 90s. Travelling from the Greater Toronto area, we've referred numerous family members and friends who are now loyal customers. The food is always delicious and the staff friendly. Needless to say, "we'll be back"

There's nothing worse than having a waitress ( that wasn't yours ) to be confrontational because you asked a question. my order came out completely different then what was submitted to the kitchen. It happens!! My steak and cheese sub came out with just steak and cheese. I asked if it came with onions and tomatoes when ordering & she said yes. Great, I'll have that, just the way you would normally make it.
Well, it was not what i ordered & They didn't offer to fix it. The one waitress claimed that was how I order it! Yeah, I don't think do. My my waitress finally made it my way but then again still didn't offer to fix it nor would I want them to at that point. I also had a slice of pizza and it was excellent. There are too many good pizza places in the Falls & the surrounding areas to put up with a cocky waitress. And this cocky waitress, ended up cashing me out & had the nerve to ask me how everything was. My reply to her was you're kidding me right! I won't spend my money there ever again and will not recommend it.

I've been coming here for 30+yrs(from Canada) and it's always been great. Unfortunately on 9/29 I ordered some wings for pickup and didn't check them until we got home. Something was wrong as soon as I saw the wings, they were beige, and still rubbery. They were fully cooked but didn't seem to have any sauce on them or cooked into them like usual. It's liked they were pre cooked then dumped in the box without being tossed or cooked with the sauce, however it's usually done. Lesson learned, check your order before walking out the door.

My family visited this restaurant while on vacation in the Niagara area. This restaurant was so good, we came back a second time within our 3-day trip. The sweet chili pepper wings were phenomenal. The pizza truly captures the authenticity of New York style. The restaurant was clean and the waitstaff was responsive and kind. Highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best ones in town.

Side note, we are traveling with a dog they were very kind and allowed us to sit outside in the balcony area with him. They even brought him a cup of water.

Serivice was great. Our server was so patient and kind with our family's ordering. Best Hoagies and wings we've had. Pizza was a good balance of sauce, cheese, and crispy crust. It was so good we ordered more to take home! It's definitely worth the trip over the border.

Came from Alberta Canada ?? for some NY style pizza. Was amazing. Next vacation and I will come back in again.

If I could give it less stars I would. Came in as a party of 7 at 4pm on a Saturday with a very hungry toddler who wanted spaghetti and meatballs. I advised the server of this fact and asked if at all possible, this dish could come out first and as soon as it was ready. Unfortunately, this was the actual last dish to come out. Appetizers, salads, pizza, chicken wings and subs all came out before. We actually had to get up and check on this menu item to see if it was being prepared. They made it right away, but not until that time. The staff, when being questioned about this delay, were unaware of the item or the issue, and when the server over heard, yelled in our direction, "It'll be right out" and walked away. Also our waitress barely came to the table to check on us. All food was expedited one at a time with a variety of servers bring it out piece by piece to us. Maybe my expectations were too high, but as a parent, I could have done without all the other food if my request could have been honored. My hot sub was also cold and soggy, the boneless wings had little to no meat in them, and the pizza was greasy and tasteless. A Hard No all the way around. Save your money and go anywhere else.
