Slow service, poor quality food and please clean the dead flies out of the bucket where the forks and knives are. Coffee sucks too.

I visted Café D’Amour this evening and was pleasantly surprised by their service. Being that the Cafe is located in a food court I wasnt sure what to expect but I am extremely pleased with their service. I gravitated to the Cafe because of the cleanliness you can see right from the register. I ordered a Nutella Dream crepe with bananas and strawberries. The entire crepe was an experience. The workers swirl the crepe infront of you perfectly! I was already very impressed by their technique. Then, they build the crepe infront of you so you can see exactly what is being out inside, which I love! The crepe is also extremely big so one order filled me right up. I would definitely recommend visiting the cafe on your trip to the falls!

The crepe was undercooked and whipped cream wasn’t good. Please more effort on your food and customer service.

It’s a kiosk in a food court using a microwave. Food is pricey, staff bored. Cannot get a toasted bagel with just butter. No butter in our breakfast sandwiches. No ketchup provided. Getting something resembling breakfast in this area forced us here. But kudos to their social media person who knows how to make their little hovel look great online.

They make really good lattes and cappuccino. I didn’t ask for the barista’s name, but she did an awesome job. My husband and I can be picky about coffee but we both loved our coffee from here!
Great Food! The Worker there was great, She really had skills !! The crepe came out with strawberries and Bananas !! And NuTella! What a great convo. i would definitely recommend to those who love sweets!!!!!
The crepes were really good! A bit pricy at almost $13 a piece, but they were delicious.
I forgot to take pictures because it was so yummy! We had the Banana Split and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Crepes. The Chicken Bacon Ranch smelled soooo good! The owner did a fantastic job putting it all together. Highly recommend this to seal up your Niagra Falls experience.
Takes too long, the service is very slow and the food is so-so.
