The manager at this location is the most ignorant and rudest man I’ve ever dealt with. Told me “he doesn’t do that” when I asked to purchase a steak sub with chicken added . I’ve bought this sub here hundreds of times and today he says I’ve never purchased anything from here and it’s his way or nothing. That “he will never make a sub for me here!” I will be calling the BBB and more!

Horrible experience. Looks like the company has previous review taken down. Was told at 11am that they were closed and they would be open in about an hour. 10 mins later the same guy served another lady. I asked him about it and he just shrugged. Will never be coming back here.

I ordered a lil over 2 weeks ago.. meat was dry and arrived missing items. they use doordash to deliver for them and now 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for doordash to send refund back to my card... between them using doordash to deliver and the meat being dry to the point seemed old we will never order here again and highly recommend everyone consider getting your meal elsewhere to save you the same aggervation were dealing with now.

Just visited this location on the weekend, it was a mess. I was in line for 25 mins waiting on food. I ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks because there was no Fries available. The staff got lost in the orders and there was a lot of confusion. It was crazy waiting 25 minutes for food at a food court establishment. I was glad at least the food was made fresh and tasted good. Hopefully this was a one off issue....
