Located in the food court at the outlet mall in Niagara Falls, food was made to order, served accurately and hot. Good customer service. Cheese steak hoagie was pretty good, cheese and bacon fries were salty deliciousness, mozzarella sticks were below average, we'd skip those next time. Great little dinner while shopping on the weekend. Just before closing, but they still gave us a refill on pop. Unfortunately, the food court and attached bathrooms were pretty filthy. Floors...

This place is always busy whenever I go to this mall. I finally decided to try it out. It's almost 15 dollars for a large sandwich, I bought it to split with someone else as the sandwich is quite big but I think it would be something I could consume by myself if I was hungry enough. The reason for my lower stars is that the pricing on their menu board does not reflect the price I was charged. I was charged more for an item, I think around 50 cents more than the menu board...
