Great location. Tons of parking, staff are polite and efficient, even when the place is packed. Bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Food was delicious as always.

22 min wait for order (2 meals)
Fries were not crispy (felt like they weren't cooked long enough).
Over flowing trash and dirty tables.
Polite staff, but totally overwhelmed.

I'm glad there's a Chick Fil A in NF, but it does not meet the standard of other CFA's.

First time at the new location. Honestly everything was handled well. Food was packaged properly, food was still warm by the time I got home. Wait time was not bad, the service was done just as it should be. The parking lot area setup is decent, as well as how it directs traffic. It does however feel very tight in there, so be careful. Will be going back, happy to finally have a location close to home.

Update: I have been going once at least every two weeks or so. For Chick-Fil-A the line has not been all that bad at all. Might depend on when I go there. Food has been hot and the staff have been good.

A bit disappointed with the burgers we ordered, even if it was not the first time we go to chick fil a, there was just bread and meat inside, nothing else… we felt a bit scammed

Got my order wrong chicken was just okay not what i expected and the hype of this chain restaurant was no hype I will not support chick fil a as I'm not a fan of their chicken style. Stay in America chick fil a no need to creep into Canada.

So disappointed. After having had Chic fil A in the southern states, this place is an absolute embarrassment. The mobile thru would be a great idea if there were a way out of the line once you got your food. This establishment should have to pay its mobile thru customers GAS MONEY for the terrible layout and slow service.

Made me wait over 45 minutes from my order while everyone went around me when it was just a sandwich fries and a shake. Handed me a melted milkshake then came back several minutes later with the meal, at that point I wasn’t hungry anymore asked for a refund did not get that refund instead of gave me coupons for more Chick-fil-A. Contacted corporate, the franchise decided to email me more useless coupons. Won’t be back.

Its very clear if you ise the app you wait LONGER, than if you just use the regular line. 2 times in a row i have sat and not moved once while 5-6 cars get their food. Do that 5 times and it'll still be a 30 minute wait. I took note of the car that was last in line for regular pickup and they passed me in mobile pickup...

Continuously forgets item on my online order. I’ve ordered an original chicken sandwich on two different occasions and it is always missing. The staff is completely unhelpful and rude when I talk to them about this.
