First time at the new location. Honestly everything was handled well. Food was packaged properly, food was still warm by the time I got home. Wait time was not bad, the service was done just as it should be. The parking lot area setup is decent, as well as how it directs traffic. It does however feel very tight in there, so be careful. Will be going back, happy to finally have a location close to home.

The service took 20 mins but the order was very accurate. We had a mobile order for a large order for six people and everything was in the bag… down to the sauces. Pleased with the accuracy.

Fries were not crispy (felt like they weren't cooked long enough).
Over flowing trash and dirty tables.
Polite staff, but totally overwhelmed.
I'm glad there's a Chick Fil A in NF, but it does not meet the standard of other CFA's.
