Good location overall. Was somewhat busy but we were seated quickly next to the window, which is a nice spot. The menu has good variety and they have the lunch specials which is a good choice for some. I went with the ribeye, asked for medium, and got medium. However it's not cooked on fire or charcoal (had no grill marks), it's more likely cooked in a pan judging by the sear and it's not a thick cut overall. It tasted good thankfully with the loaded mash.

They closed 35 minutes early because they wanted to go home, I’m not from the usa so it’s not all the time that I get an opportunity to come here. I would understand if they start closing up 10 minutes before but this was just laziness, if u don’t wanna work in fast food( a simple job) maybe try something else less “difficult” for you to manage

Usually we love the food but the last time we were there we had the salsa, queso and guacamole with chips and did not like it one bit. The chips were too thin and greasy and the guacamole and queso were very bland. We still loved the salsa though.

Why are you selling the triple dipper combo if your out of everything that's in it? More then one time Iv tried to order it and they never have anything besides the chicken strips.

Food was amazing, we ordered chicken fajitas platter and chipotle rice bowl and both were amazing
We went for lunch there yesterday. Food was okay. What really disappointed me is we were charged incorrectly for a dish we never ordered. The waiter was in such a rush he gave the bill electronically in their machine and my husband paid right away. We only saw the mistake later when we had already left and on our way to Canada. So going to warn future customers to check their orders and bills. Even an extra $20 is an extra $20 at the end of the day.
Ordered take out and waited a very long time for the cheese sticks and they were not even fresh or Hot no Cheese pull. Staff weren’t attentive and was more like a social experience for them all chatting

Decided to stop by Chili's just for the mozzarella sticks. I'm sorry when I'm in Buffalo I want to go try premium buffalo wings. The mozzarella sticks were fantastic. Nothing bad to say about them. The only thing I'm a little upset, especially a chain like Chili's. How do you have the tip option on takeout? I couldn't bypass and I was forced to give 22%. Very disappointed. If I eat in, I'll gladly tip your stuff if the service is excellent but not on a takeout order.

Disappointed we had to eat at the bar although there were plenty of empty tables in the bar area (which didnt get filled during our meal). However, service was quick and friendly and the food was better than expected. Beer was nice and cold. Recommend the quesadillas!
Parking: Front parking lot fills up quickly at night.
