I’m Canadian and it was my first visit at chilis, I was very happy with the service and food. Our appetizer was on the table within five minutes of placing the order. The food was fresh hot and delicious. Ashley our server was very polite and attentive. Overall it was a great experience and when I’m back in the US I will definitely return :)

Drove 3 hours for my birthday to try the cheese sticks I've been obsessed with on tiktok. Mozzarella sticks were AMAZING!!! They were everything I hoped and dreames of.Waitress was very friendly and attentive to us. It was so cold inside that we didnt even take our coats off until the very end. Music was pretty loud and felt like we had to yell at each other to talk. 3 of us got the ribeye, it was absolutely horrible. It had 0 flavor, was extremely thin, wasnt even close to medium rare as it had sat in the window for a long time and got very dry on top and overcooked. We were there for almost 2 hours. I would highly recommend the Mozzarella sticks all day but not the steak.

Our first time at chilis while crossing the border and we were impressed. Chips and dip were hige and really good and the mozzarella sticks or blocks were fantastic, the cheese pull was awesome. Fajitas were plentiful and yummy, but the rice was hard. My son had the trio and he enjoyed that. Wanted dessert but we wete too full. Looking forward to going back again soon.

The food was just ok. I’m really writing this review for what I saw go down in the parking lot. A young girl (super short) must be in her teens was running food out to someone and saved a little girl from being hit by a car. It warmed my hard to see her risk her life for this little girl. They don’t make hard workers like this anymore. Give this girl a raise!
