This is by far and away the worst chipotle ever, I challenge you to find a worse one.

Understaffed. Expect long wait times. Went in, waited 30 minutes in line and I just walked out. Didn’t even have time to order my food.

This place was out of soooo many items on Saturday, including beef, cheese, white rice.l and many others. And it was disgusting in there. There's no prices on the menu which was weird also. We got two rice bowls and chips and queso and it was $45 and some change. This is my first and last time at this overpriced and dirty establishment. Yuck all around. Something should be done.

We made an order for more than 30 people and each portion was not marked with the name. It was quite frustrating to recognize each order since you can't open the burrito to see what it is.

Ordered 2 bowls! Paid $25 and got about $10 worth of food in both bowls together! I am not sure what is going on, but this is not acceptable! I will NEVER spend my money here again!!! The chicken was the bottom of the barrel, burnt and little crumbs, but I guess that didn't matter since they only gave me two tablespoons full. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY HERE!

The people who work here are extremely rude and this place is filthy. Went for our school fundraiser and they were upset that we ordered 5 items. Threw the sour cream in the bag and it went all over the bag and all of the food inside. When we showed her she shrugged her shoulders. I am appalled at the service we received from the front end people who work here. This person has a blue band aid across her lip so if you stop in tonight, I would make sure your order does not get thrown in a bag with sour cream all over it.

This place has some of the slowest service out of any location. I typically order ahead of time on the app and they are always 15-20 mins late. That’s unacceptable. Will be going to Moe’s going forward.
