THIS IS THE CHIPOTLE ON MILITARY ROAD in Niagara Falls!!! I ordered 2 bowls!, Paid $25 total and got about $3 worth of food in each bowl! I am not sure what is going on with this location, but this is not acceptable! I will NEVER spend my money here again!!! The chicken was the bottom of the barrel, burnt and little crumbs, but I guess that didn't matter since they only gave me two teaspoons for each bowl. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY HERE!

Never got to eat today line was to the door, 25 minute wait to order due to a promotion going on. One staff member filling orders, one taking orders. Tables were all filthy with food bits. Drink station a mess. Garbages overflowing. Took my business elsewhere. This happens on the regular at this location on a normal day also.

The food is TRASH at this location. The rice is always overcooked, lumpy, and not seasoned well. My order was cold by the time I got to the table. The lady testing the food temps was laying her nasty phone on the tortilla wraps, so you can tell there was a problem. This has happened twice at the same location. Nasty!!!

This place was out of soooo many items on Saturday, including beef, cheese, white rice.l and many others. And it was disgusting in there. There's no prices on the menu which was weird also. We got two rice bowls and chips and queso and it was $45 and some change. This is my first and last time at this overpriced and dirty establishment. Yuck all around. Something should be done.

We made an order for more than 30 people and each portion was not marked with the name. It was quite frustrating to recognize each order since you can't open the burrito to see what it is.
