Dairy Queen, no matter what is always the best never had a problem. Enjoy it every time.
Terrible
Good staff at this location, my only issue was their ad hoc closing time. They seemed to close whenever they wanted without any consistency. They’d close at 10:30 one night, 10 pm the next, and possibly even earlier.
Fast service
Said they were open until 2am and got there at 1215 and told we could leave they're closing
Leaving this review for the great service! I only needed a mug to use as a bowl to give water to my dogs and the person behind the counter was super nice and helpful.
I had initially gone to Tim’s across the street with the same request but left when they had asked me to stand in a super long queue (and pay) just for an empty cup.
By far the worst dairy queen I’ve ever been to in my life.
I never gave a bad review on google, but the experience I had last Sunday, August 3rd, when we visited that store was so shoking that one star is still too much for the treatment I had. The lady who was taking the order with no reason started yelling at us and refused to take our order. I insisted in asking why she didn't want to take our order and she called security and took us out of the store. I never in my whole life felt so humiliated. I am sorry for posting this but if she was having a bad day, she didn't have the right to ruin my day.
We stopped by for ice cream while vacationing in Niagara Falls on Clifton Hill. The spot is very busy, but the staff was efficient in getting the line moving. Standard frozen treats came out quickly. They forgot one item in our order, but immediately prepared it when we pointed this out, even added some extra cookie dough for the kid. Well done DQ! Solid job in a hectic location.
Love this place best workers and manager
Restaurantji Recommends
Our American cousins were craving a DQ sweet treat and you could tell that the Canada Day and July 4th weekend just exhausted all the staff. Two mini blizzards took forever because they forgot to subtotal after order placement and the manager hadn't even tried a Moolatte before when I asked for a recommendation. It was nice and cold on a hot day but you can tell the workers were tired from the rush.
Best ice cream 🍦
World's slowest icecream shop where it takes a good 5 minutes to serve a soft serve icecream. Pricey.
Standard interaction/service offered by employees
Standard Dary Queen icecream.
Keep in mind a supplement is charged for every order placed compared to other local Dary Queen locations.
The location is right in the center of the 'Fun' central area of the Niagara Falls theme park. The prices are indeed a bit higher than in your local area, but the quality remains the same. I'm not gonna lie, it was breezy at 9:00 PM when I was there with some friends.
