The location is right in the center of the 'Fun' central area of the Niagara Falls theme park. The prices are indeed a bit higher than in your local area, but the quality remains the same. I'm not gonna lie, it was breezy at 9:00 PM when I was there with some friends.

My friends and I came here for smoothies, since we couldn’t find any cafe besides Starbucks in Niagara close to where we were. We ordered three small smoothies. $9.00 each? I know prices have gone up, especially at a tourist destination spot but for a small?? With tax it was practically $30 spent on three small smoothies. They tasted okay, pretty sweet and overall average. The person at the front taking the orders was friendly and polite, you could tell they like their job. They are the reason I didn’t go back and ask for a refund for our order.

This is one of the WORST dairy queen locations lol.

Prices are higher, , I would not recommend this location along Clifton Hill.

Cute little stall with red benches and trash cans right there. Had a strawberry smoothie on a hot sunny day. It was delightful and the server was very nice. The smoothie was a great texture and mom got a caramel macchiato shake and that was delightful, too. Thick, good texture, strong caramel flavor. ? Plus you get a great view of the sky wheel!

IF I wasn't in love with their ice cream , well all of their dishes I wouldn't go thru the stretched out wait of EVERY VISIT! ...It's unreal to be honest...m

Got a chocolate sundae with almost no chocolate. Asked for extra sauce and initially they said it will cost extra & when I asked for it … they said I have to make a new order. Really bad experience for DQ standards

Unfortunately, my visit to this DQ location today (April 13, 2024 around 10pm) didn't meet my expectations. I ordered 2 cheese dogs for my young children but received 2 chili cheese dogs instead. One of my kids couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. When I informed the staff about the mistake, they insisted my husband ordered chili cheese. It's strange to think someone would order spicy hotdogs for 5-year-old kids. What disappointed me more than the mistake itself was how they handled it. The lady I spoke with had a high tone, which wasn't helpful at all. Their customer service was lacking, especially for a place in a tourist area. We left feeling disappointed and believe this establishment could improve with better customer service training.

Walk up on the Avenue. They have Orange Julius from when I was a kid. Wish they did not as out tastes better as a kid cause my tastes have changed and I’d ask sugar. Nice benches to sit in front and watch the people and the action.
