Replying to your review, don’t say anything without knowing how your words/actions can hurt someone. Strange to see some people are still not aware of racial comments made by people. I am a regular visitor here. Staff is nice and whenever I request something it is fulfilled

I went to the Dairy Queen on Ferry Street in Niagara Falls and ordered a Red Velvet Blizzard with extra cheesecake pieces. I’ve customized my Blizzards before, so I knew it was possible. However, when I asked for the extra cheesecake pieces, the employee just looked at me and said, ‘What? We only have fudge pieces here.’ I stood there feeling like I was stupid for ordering a customized Blizzard, since apparently they only sell fudge and don’t sell cheesecake pieces. If you work at a place like that, you should know what you’re selling so you don’t offer the wrong product to your customers. I know for a fact that if you sell a Strawberry cheesecake Blizzard, you must have cheesecake pieces somewhere in the store. I think it’s a good reason to actually know and learn your products, instead of chit-chatting with your coworkers. Maybe stay making curry soup, you’re probably better at that. :))

Dairy Queen use to have great service I would give a zero star if I could. Extremely poor customer service.

If I could give it, I would give it a 0. I have never seen so many employees who do not like their jobs in my life. It is as if all employees are forced to work. Please hire people who will love their jobs. After seeing these I don't want to go to any of your franchise anymore!

Food was delivered opened and tampered with by one of the workers. When we brought food back to the store, we only asked for the food to be remade. We didnt want a refund. The workers (who barely spoke English, Punjab dialect) refused to make new food and explicitly said "sometimes we delivery food like that, it's ok to eat it". A very disturbing answer for finding our food opened and tampered with.
